The Doctor's Who? Oh. Peter Capaldi. - Lyesmith

By now you must know that the 12th Doctor has been announced as none other than Peter Capaldi.
Peter and a Dalek!

Now there seems to be some controversy, because Peter also played a character known as Lucius Caecilius Iucundus in a previous episode of Doctor Who, Fires of Pompeii, in the 4th season, back in 2008.

So my question to is...

Does this bother you?
Or do you think this has been planned or it will be ret-conned*?
Do you /care/?
You hate it because he's too old to be "your" Doctor?
You don't care, as long as it's not Matt Smith anymore?
Let your voice be heard right here on the Geekin' blog. What do YOU think about Peter Capaldi as the 12th Doctor?

If you've been following along with the blog (I mean, you HAVE been reading the other posts, right???) then you know I'm not there in the series yet. But soon, I'll have a more solid opinion on Peter Capaldi. In the mean time, let's hear it from you! If you have an opinion that differs from the choices on the poll, either leave a comment here on the blog, or take your grievances to our Facebook Fanpage, www.facebook.com/GeekinPodcast and let everyone else know how you feel!
